Login to the help desk system. From the main page click Faculty/Staff > INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES > HELP DESK > Help Desk Ticketing System or click this direct link https://support.midland.edu/ehelpdesk/login.glml. Use your Midland username and password to login.
If you cannot login, send an e-mail message to help@midland.edu with a detailed description and call-back information.
